March 2007: MPPM founded after the acquisition of Max Bahr Grundstücksgesellschaft.

OUR HIGH-LEVEL PERSONNEL

Sven Utermüller-Stern

Chief Executive Officer and Partner

Sven Utermüller-Stern joined MPPM in 2007 and is responsible for all departments. Prior to joining MPPM, he worked 19 years for the Max Bahr Group. During this time he was the head of the accounting department and supervised a team of 30 employees. He was responsible for the monthly reporting, preparation of financial statements and tax returns. In this role he gained valuable skills with regard to the implementation, steering and supervision of different reporting processes. Sven Utermüller-Stern studied at Kiel and Hamburg and was awarded with a degree as a “Wirtschaftsingenieur” as well as “Staatlich geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter”. He speaks German (native) and English.

Sabine Kate

Head of Portfolio Management

Sabine Kate joined MPPM as Head of Portfolio Management in September 2007. She is responsible for the negotiation of new leases as well as the supervision of existing lease agreements, heritage building rights and other agreements. Further she cares for maintenance- and repair measures and refurbishments of the properties. Before joining MPPM Sabine worked for the Max Bahr group since 1997. From 2000 until 2007 she was working only in property management with a focus on Lease contract management. Before this she worked seven years as a PA in a construction company and for more than ten years for ADAC/Hansa. Sabine has a commercial education.
